I need my tiles fast. Can I get them next working day?

Orders placed before 2.30pm on the next working day delivery option. The cut off for Next Working Day Delivery for Starlight Quartz is 11.30am

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes you can,  just choose the day, at the checkout.  Alternatively, our standard service delivers in 3-5 working days.  The courier will call you to arrange a convenient day.

Do I have to sign for the delivery?

Yes, but you can have them delivered to another address where a signature is possible, just specify the address when asked at the checkout process.

What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

For orders over £75, the delivery company will telephone before delivery to book in a convenient day and time.  However, unless by prior arrangement, the driver will not leave the goods if there is no one in.

How will my goods be delivered?

Most orders will be sent shrink wrapped on a pallet.  The delivery company will deliver the goods to the nearest accessable point of your property.

Please Note, the driver will not be able to assist getting the tiles in to your property.  They are not insured to enter your property or carry the goods other than on a pallet.

Smaller orders are sent bubble wrapped with a parcel courier.

Can you ship overseas?

Unfortunately not, we only deliver to UK addresses (including Northern Ireland and Scottish Isles) and Channel Isles.
