COVID-19 Update: In support of our efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy, our carriers provide contactless deliveries.


Next Day Delivery: Next Working Day Delivery is now available on a large number of our products. The cut off for Next Working Day Delivery is 12pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the subsequent working day.

For example, an order placed at 11am on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. An order placed at 12:30pm on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed between 12pm Friday and 12pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.


Parcel Deliveries: Small items such as mosaics or bottles of sealer under 20kg will be sent via our parcel carrier UKMail where possible.  Delivery updates will be provided via email and text once the goods have been despatched. 


Pallet Deliveries: Large orders over approx 20kg will be delivered on a large vehicle with a tail-lift. The delivery will be a non-contact kerbside delivery. Please notify us at the time of order if we may have trouble delivering your order to the kerbside of your property in a large vehicle.  Either via putting a note on your order at the time of ordering or contacting customer service on: 0330 053 3362 or via our Live chat.  You will receive an email notification once your order has been despatched. 

Once the order is despatched from our warehouse and with our delivery partner, our delivery partner will call you within 48 hrs to arrange a suitable day for delivery.

Branch Deliveries: Please be aware that all delivery prices, terms and conditions are applicable to On-Line sales only. For information on store deliveries please contact your local Tile Giant branch. Information on your local store can be found here


Bank Holidays:  Please be aware that our warehouse and delivery partners do not operate Bank Holidays or Weekends.


Returns: If you wish to return any goods we will provide you with a full refund. Simply return the items within 28 days of delivery or collections to either your local store, Click here to find your local store or the Tile Giant warehouse (Tile Giant, Unit B Nimbus Park, Mount Pleasant Road, Thorne, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN8 4HT) in their original condition together with a receipt as proof of purchase. 

Alternatively, if you are unable to return the goods to one of our stores or Warehouse, our Customer Service team can arrange the collection for you on a day that is convenient. Simply call our team on 0330 053 3362 or email [email protected] with your order number and we will arrange the rest. You must notify us within 30 days of delivery or collection. There is a charge of £48 for this service which can be deducted from your refund amount.

Magna XXL/Slab Delivery: Magna XXL large format slabs (120x240cm and 120x260cm) are a specialist product, therefore different delivery & terms apply. These tiles are not available to purchase online, so please pop into your nearest store to speak to one of our colleagues, who will be able to ensure these tiles are suitable for your project, explain everything regarding your delivery, process your order and book the delivery for your desired date.

The slabs are all delivered in individual pieces on a long van to ensure they arrive safely. If the tiles are in stock, the delivery will be made within one week, unless a specific delivery date has been requested. Please note, times may vary during particularly busy times.

The delivery vans can carry up to seven slabs, so orders over this will be delivered via subsequent drops. Magna XXL slab deliveries can only be made to England and Wales. Excludes Scotland. A £150 delivery fee applies to all Magna XXL slab orders up to 14 slabs. Over 14 slabs, an additional delivery charge will apply.

Please notify us at the time of order if we may have trouble delivering your order to the kerbside of your property in a large vehicle. Please let us know if there are any narrow lanes, low trees etc. which may make it difficult for our drivers to get your tiles to you.

The haulier will contact you directly with a 1-hour notice of delivery taking place, so be sure to leave your correct contact details, including email and phone number when placing your order.

Delivery will be by specially equipped sprinter/boxer van with a 2-man team who will unload the slab and if possible, move it to a reasonable location on the property. Please note, the haulier team can move the slab to an outside location only. They are not able to carry the products over any building threshold.

Any damages and shortages need to be notified as soon as possible, so please contact your local store to inform them of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your goods.

Please take photographic evidence of any damages, defects or shortages of your order and keep the damaged or defected products, until you are notified in writing to dispose of, or if a collection of goods has been arranged.

Returns will only be allowed on full unopened boxes that are in a re-sellable condition. Restocking & collection charges will apply. Please contact your local Tile Giant store, where the order was placed to request details. Minimum return quantities apply (3 full boxes).
