At Tile & Stone Magic, we make the following promises to our customers:
- We do not overprice so that we can give you pretend discounts – our prices are the lowest all of the time.
- All our prices include VAT.
- Price Watch – We check our competitor’s prices regularly to ensure we are always the lowest. In the unlikely event you find a product cheaper please let us know and we will beat it by 10%.*
- We give a prompt and first class delivery service using forklift-equipped vehicles.
- We do not sell seconds; all of our tiles are first quality.
- Tile cutting service available.
- Our staff are continually trained to give you expert advice.
- If you over order, we will accept back undamaged stock tiles returned to us with receipt, within 60 days of purchase and give you a full refund.*
- We offer a sample tile service.
