Returns Policy

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, Tile Magic will collect and refund or replace the items as the customer chooses. Please refer to our terms and conditions for notification period.

You can return any left over goods, except for Adhesive and Grout which are non refundable. Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt of goods.

The customer is responsible for organising return carraige.
