Sample Service

If you would like to see a sample of a tile, please click the "order sample" button and then go to checkout. Alternatively, you can call the customer service team on 01782 597760. We only charge for the price of the tile, the shipping is free.

You can order as many different sample tiles as you want. We send full size tiles, not cut down pieces.

Samples are sent bubbled wrapped to ensure they arrive in one piece. If one of your samples does arrive broken, please call us on 01782 597760 or email us at customerservice@tilemagic.co.uk and use your order id as the email subject.

All samples are sent via a 24hr Parcel Courier service, so you should receive your samples next working day*.
